Dear Vacations To Go Customer,
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, river cruises around the world
shut down back in March. River cruise companies in the U.S. hope to
restart operations this summer, and we will let you know as soon as they
are operating again.
In the meantime, American Queen Steamboat Company has released its itineraries, dates and rates for 2021. The company's elegant, modern paddlewheelers cruise the Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee and Cumberland rivers in America's heartland and the Columbia and Snake rivers in the Pacific Northwest. New for next year are Illinois River voyages and The Queen's Collection, a group of thoughtfully planned cruises that highlight special experiences.
Right now, our customers can save up to $3,000 per stateroom on 2021 cruises with American Queen Steamboat Company.
Cruise fares for 2021 dates include a pre-voyage hotel night, superb cuisine, world-class entertainment, comprehensive Hop-On Hop-Off shore excursions, onboard enrichment programs, select wine and beer with dinner, 24-hour room service, Wi-Fi service and unlimited soft drinks and specialty coffees throughout the trip.
The 245-passenger American Countess will embark on new cruises along the Illinois River in September 2021. Tour the historical site of Lincoln's New Salem in Havana, amble among butterfly gardens and elegant boutiques in Ottawa and explore Peoria's bustling art and culture scene. The American Countess also cruises the Mississippi, Ohio, Cumberland and Tennessee rivers.
American Queen Steamboat Company will also introduce The Queen's Collection in 2021. These sailings pair lively onboard events with exclusive shore excursions. Play at four prestigious golf courses along the lower Mississippi on an American River Golf Classic, celebrate Independence Day and enjoy a performance from American musician Lee Greenwood on a Star-Spangled Cruise or visit the National Quilt Museum and Discovery Park of America on The Art of Discovery.
Victory Cruise Lines is the sister company of American Queen Steamboat Company, and its 202-passenger ships are designed for discovery cruising. They navigate inland harbors, secluded bays and remote ports that larger ships can't reach in destinations like the Great Lakes, Canada and New England, the Southeastern United States and Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula.
In 2021, the company will explore the spectacular landscapes and wildlife of Alaska on the new 200-passenger Ocean Victory, built for cruising this pristine region. To see all departures for Victory Cruise Lines, click here.
Victory Cruise Lines' fares include shore excursions, enrichment programs, evening entertainment, onboard meals, afternoon tea, a daily cocktail hour, non-premium beer, wine and spirits, coffee and soft drinks and Wi-Fi, as well as a pre-cruise hotel night in each embarkation city.
