Deposit and Final Payment

A deposit of $500 per person is required to book your cruise.

Emerald Waterways accepts all major credit cards.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay the balance 90 days prior to the departure date will result in cancellation of your trip and a loss of your deposit. A late booking fee of $50 per booking is payable on all bookings made within 21 days of the start of the trip.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

90 days or more prior to departure Loss of Deposit
89-60 days prior to departure 35% of the cost
59-30 days prior to departure 50% of the cost
Less than 30 days prior to departure 100% of the cost

Any changes to the departure date or passenger names will be deemed a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will apply. Please note that in the event of cancellation you may also be obligated to pay cancellation fees to third parties including, without limitation, airlines.

Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures. Please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking.
